In order to participate in the escape room games organized by MYSTERIUM and their smooth running, it is necessary to collect and process some personal and contact data from the participants at the time of scheduling the game or at the time of placing the order for a gift voucher. The purposes for which this data is used and how it is used are described below.
STATEMENT OF CONSENT FOR THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR MYSTERIUM ROOMS RESERVATIONS AND GAMES
Parts
This Declaration is concluded between the person making the reservation or the person placing an order for a gift voucher, hereinafter referred to as the subject, and MYSTERIUM S.R.L., registered at the Trade Registry Office with no. J29/1607/2022, having Unique Identification Code 46292264, phone number 0729088801, email address office@mysteriumescape.ro, hereinafter referred to as the beneficiary.
Object of consent
This declaration expresses the consent of the subject for the collection and processing of his personal data by the beneficiary.
Data collected
The data collected from the subject by the beneficiary and the purpose of their collection are:
First and last name – for addressing and contact
Telephone number – for sending communications, confirming bookings, late notices, offers and information
Email address – for sending booking confirmations and booking reminder messages, contracts, invoices or other necessary documents, information on offers
Group photo - as a souvenir of the game
Home address (only in case of gift voucher order) – for generating the invoice
The purpose for which the subject's consent will be used
The data that is the subject of this will be used strictly for the following purposes:
Creating an account on the website's own platform www.mysteriumecape.ro
Publication on the Internet of the fact that the subject used the company's services, of their description.
Sending notifications via SMS
Making calls to present the company's offers, services and products
Publication in the client portfolio panel located on the premises of the company
Mention in the company's presentation videos, images, offers and printed catalogs

Subject's rights
The subject is protected by the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data no. 679/2016, can intervene whenever it wants and can request:
informing and consulting the relevant information
updating the relevant information
deletion of the targeted information from the beneficiary's database
restriction and opposition in the processing of the targeted information
Validity
This consent is valid for an unlimited period or until it is withdrawn.
Statement
The subject, by reserving the game room, expresses his consent in favor of the beneficiary regarding the (unremunerated) use of photographic images of his person for the purposes described above. The use of photographic images for purposes other than those described above or for commercialization by transferring the images to third parties other than those mentioned is strictly prohibited.
