Through its content, this document makes available to its customers the terms and conditions of participation in the Mysterium games. In order to be able to participate in the Mysterium games, the explicit and irrevocable acceptance of these terms and conditions is necessary. If the customer refuses to give his consent or revokes the given consent, he will not be able to participate in the Mysterium games.

The Mysterium games are accessible to all persons over the age of 14 (and inclusive), speaking Romanian and/or English. Persons between the ages of 14 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult or must present, in writing, the consent of the parent/legal guardian in order to participate in the game.

The games do not require special skills or knowledge, nor the use of force, stunts or any other violent methods. The solutions for solving the challenges do not involve altering the furniture, installations or decorative objects.

The scenarios corresponding to the Mysterium games have been made in compliance with all necessary precautions for the participant and do not contain harmful or dangerous elements or objects. Participants assume full responsibility for any voluntary or involuntary action causing physical or mental suffering.

Damage or damage caused to objects in the room or to the room itself during the game is the full responsibility of the participants in the game and will be repaired or replaced by them at the participants' own expense.

It is not allowed to remove the adhesive tapes and signs. They contain messages such as "Do not touch" and are placed in the room for your protection.

The personal belongings that the participants of the game have on them (mobile phones, keys, bags, satchels, books, writing instruments, laptops, audio or video recorders, food or drinks) will be left outside the room, in the locked cabinets provided by the Organizers.

It is recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation time, to participate in the instruction on how to play the game, the instruction on your safety and health, and the instruction on the prevention of fires and accidents.

Those who are late will be instructed during the time reserved for the game itself. Access to game rooms is not permitted without instruction. The game ends in a maximum of 60 or 90 minutes (for Escape Rooms) or 100 minutes (for Challenge Rooms) from entering the room, regardless of whether the solution was found or not.

Teams of 2 to 7 members can participate in the game (for Escape Rooms). Challenge Rooms require two teams of at least 6 players.

Access to the game under the influence of alcoholic beverages or drugs is not allowed. In such cases, the organizers reserve the right to immediately cancel or interrupt the game without refunding its value. Access with alcoholic or narcotic beverages is also not allowed in the Mysterium premises.

The participants understand and accept the fact that the course of the game is monitored live by the organizers with the help of surveillance cameras. The video and audio surveillance of the participants is necessary and used exclusively for the smooth running of the game and for quick intervention in exceptional situations.

People with a health condition that could be negatively affected by spending up to 60 minutes - respectively up to 100 minutes in a closed space are advised not to participate in the game. The organizers do not assume responsibility for the participation of the respective persons in the game.

Video recording or photography of the cameras, the game or objects in the camera is strictly prohibited. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the game will be stopped immediately by the organizers without reimbursement of its value and legal steps will be taken to protect the intellectual property.

Reservations can be made both by phone and online. In both cases, the reservation will be confirmed by an email containing the information related to it. To cancel or modify the reservation, participants must contact the team by phone or e-mail at least 3 hours before the reservation.

Game participants declare on their own responsibility that they understand, agree and assume all the information and rules in this document. They also declare that they will not undertake any action that would cause physical or mental suffering to themselves or others.
